The personnel at Surf Cycling Hawaii LLC love mother nature and understand that she can be powerful and unpredictable at times. We do our very best to stay tuned to local weather. We at Surf Cycling Hawaii LLC reserve the right to cancel at any time due to weather conditions. We never want to miss a tour but we put safety first and will have to analyze conditions as they arise.
Surf Cycling Hawaii LLC will not cancel for rainy conditions, we are going to be in the water anyway, but if rain includes other elements such as wind or rough water, then cancellation will be determined at that time.

As part of this great adventure we understand that these locations are great for swimming and snorkeling. We at Surf Cycling Hawaii LLC, offer an experience of water bikes as part of our tour. Most people, if they choose, bring their own snorkel gear to experience snorkeling after the tour is complete. This is ideal to provide the best of both worlds if you choose too. At no time, once the tour is started, do we allow anyone to get off, jump off or exit the water bikes. If you have a concern or situation please notify one of the tour guides and they will assist you. Our tour guides may have to exit their water bike at some time to help someone, retrieve an item or for other reasons, but our tour guides are trained to exit the water bike and get back on.

We understand that everyone is created differently. Only you know how physically able you are to participate in physical activity. If you can swim, ride a regular bicycle (bike) and feel that you are physically able to participate then that decision would be yours to make. Our water bikes are built strong but unfortunately, mother nature can generate unpredictable winds and current so please keep this in mind when you determine your physical capabilities. Regular bicycles require constant balance, these water bikes do not require balance, you just hop on, start pedaling and off you go!

If this occurs, at no time do we want our customers to get off their water bike. Please alert one of our tour guides and they will do their best to immediately retrieve it for you. NOTE: If you are wearing a hat please make sure it is secured to avoid it getting blown away.
